A request from :iconbronykal9278: I don't have it at level 100 but I was always planing to draw him:) he a veteran in smash, he is a main character in the anime, he is the mascot of the whole Pokemon franchise and one of Nintendo "Big Four" (others being Mario, Kirby and Link go watch the Brawl trailer if you think I am wrong). Got to wonder though out of the first 150 pokemon how did this guy become the mascot he is not even fully evolve^^; and God those fingers were a pain to draw^^;
